Ingredients
- 1 lb of shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
Instructions

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, ginger, and garlic. Set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes. Remove shrimp from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add red bell pepper, snap peas, and broccoli. Cook for about 3-4 minutes, until vegetables are crisp-tender.

Add the cooked shrimp back to the skillet and pour the sauce over the shrimp and vegetables. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until everything is coated and heated through.
