Ingredients

  • 1 lb of shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, ginger, and garlic. Set aside.

  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes. Remove shrimp from skillet and set aside.

  3. In the same skillet, add red bell pepper, snap peas, and broccoli. Cook for about 3-4 minutes, until vegetables are crisp-tender.

  4. Add the cooked shrimp back to the skillet and pour the sauce over the shrimp and vegetables. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until everything is coated and heated through.

  5. Serve the Eastern Breeze Recipe over steamed rice or noodles. Garnish with green onions.
