Ingredients

  • 2 cups of fresh plums, pitted and chopped
  • 4 oz of dark rum
  • 2 oz of triple sec
  • 2 oz of lime juice
  • 2 tbsp of ginger syrup
  • 2 cups of crushed ice
  • 4 sprigs of fresh mint for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add the chopped plums, rum, triple sec, lime juice, and ginger syrup to a blender.

  2. Blend on high speed until smooth.

  3. Add the crushed ice and blend again until slushy.

  4. Divide the drink evenly between 4 glasses.

  5. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and serve immediately.
