How To Make Slow Cooker Yogurt

- 4 cups of whole milk
- 1/4 cup of plain yogurt with live cultures
Instructions

Pour the milk into the slow cooker and heat on low for 2 hours.

Turn off the slow cooker and let it cool for 2 hours or until the milk reaches 110°F (43°C).

In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt and a little bit of the warm milk until smooth.

Pour the yogurt mixture into the slow cooker and stir well.

Cover the slow cooker with a lid and wrap it in a thick towel to keep it warm.

Let the yogurt incubate for 4-6 hours on the warm setting of the slow cooker.

After the incubation period, refrigerate the yogurt for at least 4 hours to allow it to set.
