How To Make Slow Cooker Chicken Korma

Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup almond meal
- 2 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions

In a slow cooker, combine the chicken, onion, garlic, ginger, yogurt, heavy cream, almond meal, garam masala, turmeric, cumin, coriander, chili powder, and salt. Stir well to combine.

Cover the slow cooker and cook on low heat for 4 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.

Once cooked, garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot with rice or naan bread.
