How To Make Slow Cooker Bio Yogurt

Ingredients
- 1 gallon of organic milk
- 1/4 cup of plain yogurt with active cultures
- 1 tablespoon of honey
Instructions

Pour the milk into the slow cooker and cover with a lid. Cook on low for 2 hours.

Turn off the slow cooker and let the milk cool for 3 hours.

In a small bowl, whisk together the plain yogurt and honey.

Gradually add the yogurt mixture to the cooled milk, stirring gently.

Place the lid back on the slow cooker and wrap a towel around it to keep it warm. Let it sit undisturbed for 6-8 hours or overnight.

After the desired incubation time, the yogurt is ready. Transfer it to a container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
