How To Make Easy Oreo Truffles

Ingredients
- 20 Oreo cookies
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 8 oz semisweet chocolate, melted
- 1/4 cup crushed Oreo cookies for garnish

Crush Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs are formed.

In a mixing bowl, combine crushed Oreo cookies, cream cheese, and vanilla extract. Mix well until evenly combined.

Roll the mixture into small, bite-sized balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Place the Oreo balls in the freezer for about 10 minutes to firm up.

Dip each Oreo ball into the melted chocolate, using a fork to coat it completely. Tap the fork gently on the side of the bowl to remove any excess chocolate.

Place the coated truffles back on the parchment-lined baking sheet and sprinkle them with crushed Oreo cookies for garnish.

Refrigerate the truffles for at least 1 hour or until firm.
