  • 20 Oreo cookies
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz semisweet chocolate, melted
  • 1/4 cup crushed Oreo cookies for garnish

Instructions

  1. Crush Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs are formed.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed Oreo cookies, cream cheese, and vanilla extract. Mix well until evenly combined.

  3. Roll the mixture into small, bite-sized balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  4. Place the Oreo balls in the freezer for about 10 minutes to firm up.

  5. Dip each Oreo ball into the melted chocolate, using a fork to coat it completely. Tap the fork gently on the side of the bowl to remove any excess chocolate.

  6. Place the coated truffles back on the parchment-lined baking sheet and sprinkle them with crushed Oreo cookies for garnish.

  7. Refrigerate the truffles for at least 1 hour or until firm.

  8. Serve chilled and enjoy!
