- 1 1/2 cups of almond flour
- 1/4 cup of coconut oil, melted
- 2 tbsp of maple syrup
- 1 cup of fresh blueberries
- Zest and juice of 1 lime
- 2 tbsp of cornstarch
- 1/4 cup of coconut sugar
- Pinch of salt
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a bowl, mix almond flour, melted coconut oil, and maple syrup until well combined. Press the mixture into a tart pan to form the crust.

In a separate bowl, toss together the blueberries, lime zest, lime juice, cornstarch, coconut sugar, and salt. Make sure the blueberries are well coated.

Pour the blueberry mixture onto the crust and spread it out evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the blueberries are bubbling.
