- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 medium beetroots, cooked and diced
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then place them on the baking sheet.

Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through and flaky.
