Ingredients
- 2 cups quince, peeled, cored, and sliced
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- Vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for serving (optional)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a bowl, combine quince slices, granulated sugar, and lemon juice. Mix well and set aside.

In a separate bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Add the cold cubed butter and using your fingers, mix until crumbly.

Place the quince mixture in a tart pan and spread evenly.

Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the quince.

Bake for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the quince is tender.
