Ingredients
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 lemon, zest and juice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Whipped cream and lemon slices for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until well combined.

Divide the mixture evenly into 4 mini tartlet pans and press firmly onto the bottom and sides to form the crust.

Bake the crusts for 8 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool.

In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

Pour the cream cheese mixture into the cooled tartlet crusts and spread evenly.
