Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).

In a bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.

Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and press each portion onto the bottom and sides of 4 individual tart pans.

Bake the tart shells in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let them cool completely.

Once the tart shells have cooled, fill each one with sliced strawberries.

Sprinkle the toasted sliced almonds over the strawberries.

Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
