How To Make Fennel Seed and Onion Tart Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 pre-made tart crust
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 large onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and fennel seeds. Cook until onions are caramelized, stirring occasionally for about 30 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to the tart crust.
