  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a food processor, combine the flour, granulated sugar, butter, cinnamon, and salt. Pulse until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

  3. Press the mixture into a 9-inch tart pan, evenly covering the bottom and sides.

  4. Place the blueberries on top of the crust.

  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the blueberries are bubbling.

  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before dusting with powdered sugar.

  7. Serve and enjoy!
