- 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
- 2 medium Chinon apples, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface until it’s about 1/8 inch thick. Cut out 4 circles, approximately 6 inches in diameter.

Arrange the apple slices on each pastry circle, leaving a small border. Sprinkle them with sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
