How To Make Maple Butter Tarts Recipe

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 egg
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a food processor, combine the flour, cold butter, granulated sugar, and salt. Pulse until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of four individual tart pans.

In a bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, brown sugar, melted butter, heavy cream, vanilla extract, salt, and egg until well combined.

Divide the maple butter filling evenly among the tart pans.
