Ingredients
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup of cold unsalted butter, cubed
- 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 cup of Baileys Irish Cream
- 1/4 cup of whole milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a food processor, combine the flour, butter, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and salt. Pulse until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Add the Baileys Irish Cream and pulse until the dough comes together.

Press the dough into a 9-inch tart pan, evenly covering the bottom and sides. Place in the refrigerator to chill for 10 minutes.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, vanilla extract, nutmeg, and remaining sugar until well combined.

Pour the custard mixture into the chilled tart shell.

Bake for 40 minutes, or until the custard is set and the crust is golden brown.

Allow the tart to cool for at least 30 minutes before serving.
