- 4 tart shells
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Ground nutmeg (for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until well combined.
