  • 4 tart shells
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Ground nutmeg (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until well combined.

  3. Add the milk and vanilla extract to the egg mixture and whisk until smooth.

  4. Place the tart shells on a baking sheet and pour the custard mixture evenly into each shell.
