How To Make Milk Chocolate Sorbet

Ingredients
- 200g milk chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

In a saucepan, combine the water and sugar. Bring to a boil, stirring until the sugar dissolves completely.

Remove from heat and add the chopped milk chocolate. Stir until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.

Whisk in the cocoa powder and vanilla extract until well combined.

Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature, then transfer it to an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Once the sorbet reaches a soft, scoopable consistency, transfer it to a lidded container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
