Ingredients

  • 4 slices of bread
  • 4 tbsp of peanut butter
  • 4 tbsp of jam
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Spread peanut butter on one side of each bread slice.

  3. Spread jam on top of the peanut butter.

  4. Cut the slices into triangles and arrange them in a greased baking dish.

  5. In a saucepan, heat milk and sugar over medium heat until sugar dissolves.

  6. In a bowl, whisk eggs and vanilla extract together. Gradually add the warm milk mixture into the egg mixture, stirring constantly.

  7. Pour the mixture over the bread slices, making sure they are completely soaked.

  8. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown and set.

  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
