How To Make Creamy Banana Pudding

Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 cups of milk
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1/4 cup of cornstarch
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1 cup of vanilla wafers

In a saucepan, combine the milk, sugar, cornstarch, eggs, and salt. Whisk until well combined.

Place the saucepan over medium heat and cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and comes to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.

Slice the bananas and arrange a layer of vanilla wafers on the bottom of serving dishes. Top with a layer of sliced bananas and then a layer of the pudding mixture. Repeat the layers until all the ingredients are used, ending with a layer of pudding.
