Ingredients

  • 4 cinnamon rolls
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup of sugar
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup of raisins (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.

  2. Cut the cinnamon rolls into small pieces and place them in the greased baking dish.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.

  4. Pour the mixture over the cinnamon roll pieces, making sure they are all coated.

  5. If desired, sprinkle raisins over the top.

  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until the bread pudding is set and the top is golden brown.

  7. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
