Ingredients

  • 4 Cinnabon cinnamon rolls, cut into small chunks
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.

  3. Add in the Cinnabon cinnamon roll chunks and stir gently to coat evenly.

  4. Pour mixture into a greased 8×8 inch baking dish.

  5. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown and set.
