How To Make Toffee Fig Pies

Ingredients
- 1 sheet of ready-made puff pastry
- 8 fresh figs, halved
- 1/2 cup of toffee sauce
- 1 egg, beaten
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roll out the puff pastry and cut into 4 equal squares.

Place 2 fig halves on each square of pastry, leaving a border around the edges.

Drizzle the toffee sauce over the figs.

Fold the edges of the pastry up and over the figs, creating a rustic pie shape.
