How To Make Spinach Cheese Pie

Ingredients
- 1 package of frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup of diced onions
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon of dried thyme
- 1 ready-to-use pie crust
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine the thawed and drained spinach, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, onions, garlic, beaten eggs, salt, black pepper, and dried thyme. Mix well.

Press the pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish, making sure to cover the bottom and sides evenly.

Pour the spinach and cheese mixture into the pie crust.

Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the filling is set.
