How To Make Mincemeat Recipe

Ingredients
- 500g minced meat
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 apple, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, and sauté until translucent.

Add minced meat to the skillet and cook until browned.

Stir in diced apple, raisins, dried cranberries, chopped almonds, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, salt, and black pepper.

Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
