  • 4 large eggs

  • Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish and crimp the edges.

  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until well combined.

  4. Add the lemon juice, lemon zest, flour, and milk to the egg mixture. Whisk until smooth.

  5. Pour the filling into the pie crust.
