  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 4 large egg yolks
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press the mixture into a 9-inch pie dish, covering the bottom and sides evenly.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, and lime zest until smooth and well combined.

  4. Pour the filling into the prepared crust and spread it evenly.

  5. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center is still slightly jiggly.

  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.

  7. Garnish with whipped cream and lime slices before serving.
