How To Make Instant Pot Key Lime Pie Recipe
Creamy and tangy key lime pie made in the Instant Pot, perfect for a quick and easy dessert!

Ingredients
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed key lime juice
- 1 tsp grated lime zest
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 7-inch springform pan.

In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks, key lime juice, and lime zest until smooth.

Pour the mixture over the graham cracker crust in the springform pan.

Cover the pan with foil and place it on a trivet inside the Instant Pot. Add one cup of water to the Instant Pot and place the lid on, making sure the valve is set to seal.

Set the Instant Pot to high pressure for 25 minutes and allow it to release pressure naturally for 10 minutes before releasing the rest manually.

Remove the pan from the Instant Pot and allow it to cool completely before refrigerating for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Serve chilled with whipped cream and lime wedges.
