Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup cornbread mix
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, frozen vegetables, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, dried thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Pour the chicken mixture into a 9-inch (23cm) pie dish.

In a separate bowl, combine the cornbread mix, milk, and melted butter. Stir until just combined.

Spoon the cornbread batter on top of the chicken mixture, spreading it out evenly.

Bake for 30 minutes, or until the cornbread is golden brown and cooked through.
