How To Make Blueberry Crumb Pie

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cups of fresh blueberries
- 1/3 cup of granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, 1/2 cup of sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Stir in the melted butter until crumbs form.

In a separate bowl, mix together the blueberries, 1/3 cup of sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch until well coated.

Pour the blueberry mixture into a prepared pie crust and spread it evenly. Top with the crumb mixture, covering the blueberries completely.
