  • 1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cups of fresh blueberries
  • 1/3 cup of granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, 1/2 cup of sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Stir in the melted butter until crumbs form.

  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the blueberries, 1/3 cup of sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch until well coated.

  4. Pour the blueberry mixture into a prepared pie crust and spread it evenly. Top with the crumb mixture, covering the blueberries completely.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbling.

  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool before serving.
