  • 1 cup of chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter
  • 1 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 9-inch pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and butter together in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.

  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the sugar, flour, and salt.

  4. Beat the eggs in a small bowl and then add them to the sugar mixture. Stir in the vanilla extract.

  5. Gradually pour the melted chocolate mixture into the sugar mixture, stirring until well combined.

  6. Pour the filling into the pie crust.

  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the pie is set and the crust is golden brown.
