- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger.

In a large bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, brown sugar, oil, eggs, pumpkin puree, and vanilla extract until well combined.
