Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup port wine
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 4 egg whites
  • Cinnamon for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine the sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks, and vanilla extract. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and creamy. Remove from heat and let cool.

  2. In another saucepan, heat the port wine and sugar until the sugar dissolves. Let it cool.

  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Slowly pour in the cooled port wine mixture while continuing to beat until well combined.

  4. To assemble, pour the sweetened condensed milk mixture into individual serving dishes. Top with the port wine meringue mixture. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.

  6. Serve chilled and enjoy!
