  • 2 cups of roasted peanuts
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, add the roasted peanuts. Process for about 2 minutes until they are finely ground.

  2. Add in the honey and salt, and continue processing for another minute until well combined.

  3. Slowly drizzle in the vegetable oil while the processor is running, until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.

  4. Transfer the homemade peanut butter to a jar or container with a tight-fitting lid.

  5. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
