Ingredients

  • 2 cans of full-fat coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup of maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup of almond butter
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp of salt

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the coconut milk, maple syrup, almond butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth.

  2. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

  3. Once the ice cream reaches a soft-serve consistency, transfer it to a lidded container and freeze for at least 3-4 hours, or until firm.

  4. Serve the vegan ice cream in bowls or cones and enjoy!
