Ingredients

  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional toppings: shredded coconut, crushed nuts, dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the ripe bananas. Place them in a ziplock bag and freeze for at least 2 hours.

  2. In a food processor, add the frozen banana slices, peanut butter, almond milk, and vanilla extract.

  3. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides if needed.

  4. Serve immediately as a soft-serve ice cream or transfer to an airtight container and freeze for an additional 1-2 hours for a firmer texture.

  5. Optional: Sprinkle with your favorite toppings before serving.
