How To Make Microwave Peanut Brittle

Ingredients
- 1 cup of unsalted peanuts
- 1 cup of granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup of light corn syrup
- 1/8 tsp of salt
- 1 tbsp of butter
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1 tsp of baking soda
Instructions

Prepare a large microwave-safe bowl by greasing it with butter or lining it with parchment paper.

In the bowl, combine the peanuts, sugar, corn syrup, and salt. Stir well to evenly distribute the ingredients.

Microwave the mixture on high for 4 minutes.

Stir in the butter and vanilla extract.

Microwave for an additional 3-4 minutes, until the mixture turns golden brown and bubbly.
