  • 4 cups fresh apricots, pitted and sliced
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup cold unsalted butter, cubed

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine apricots, flour, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon.

  3. In a separate bowl, mix oats, sliced almonds, and cold butter until crumbly.

  4. Spread the apricot mixture evenly into a baking dish.

  5. Sprinkle the oat and almond mixture over the top.

  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the apricots are soft and juicy.

  7. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.

  8. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream, if desired.
