Ingredients
- 2 cups pearl onions, peeled
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions

Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the onions for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the flour and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Gradually whisk in the milk and cook until thickened, about 3-4 minutes.

Stir in the cooked onions and frozen peas. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, until heated through.
