How To Make Marshmallow Fondant
This homemade fondant is perfect for cake decorations with a soft and sweet marshmallow flavor.

Ingredients
- 160g mini marshmallows
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 450g powdered sugar
- vegetable shortening
Instructions

In a microwave-safe bowl, heat marshmallows and water for 30 seconds. Stir and continue microwaving at 15-second intervals until completely melted.

Stir in vanilla extract.

In a separate bowl, sift powdered sugar and make a well in the center.

Pour the melted marshmallow mixture into the powdered sugar well and stir until well combined.

On a generously powdered surface, knead the mixture and add vegetable shortening as needed to prevent sticking.

Roll out the fondant and use as desired for decorations.
