Ingredients

  • 2 cups of rolled oats
  • 1 cup of whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking tray.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, whole wheat flour, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, honey, and vanilla extract.

  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.

  5. Gently fold in the fresh raspberries.

  6. Press the mixture evenly into the prepared baking tray.

  7. Bake for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.

  8. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.

  9. Serve and enjoy!
