How To Make Three Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies

- 1 cup of peanut butter
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 egg
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, sugar, and egg. Mix well until fully combined.

Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the dough and roll into balls. Place the balls onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each.

Use a fork to make crisscross indentations on top of each cookie.

Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.

Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
