How To Make No-Bake Chocolate Coconut Cookies

Ingredients
- 2 cups of rolled oats
- 1 cup of shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup of cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup of honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup of almond butter or peanut butter
- 1/4 cup of milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, shredded coconut, and cocoa powder.

In a small saucepan, heat the honey or maple syrup, almond butter or peanut butter, milk, vanilla extract, and salt over low heat. Stir until well combined and heated through.

Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until everything is evenly coated.

Take small handfuls of the mixture and shape them into cookies or balls. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
