How To Make No-Fuss Cinnamon Cheesecake

- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.

In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and cinnamon. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.

In a separate large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually add flour and sour cream, mixing until just combined.

Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust in the springform pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.

Bake for 45 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.

Remove from the oven and let it cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.
