How To Make New York-Style Cheesecake

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 cups cream cheese
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 eggs
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.

In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the sugar, flour, vanilla extract, and sour cream, and mix until well combined.

Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.

Bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center is still slightly jiggly.

Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for an additional 30 minutes.

Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool completely. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
