How To Make Cheesecake Bars

Ingredients
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).

In a small bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 8×8-inch baking dish to form the crust.

In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add the egg and continue beating until well combined.

Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the baking dish.

Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.

Remove from the oven and let cool completely before refrigerating for at least 2 hours.

Once chilled, cut into bars and serve.
