  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 200g cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Graham cracker crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, flour, and milk. Mix until well combined.

  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust.

  4. Bake for 60 minutes, or until the cheesecake is set and slightly golden on top.

  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.

  6. Serve chilled and enjoy!
