How To Make Cocktail Truffle Selection

Ingredients
- 200g dark chocolate
- 100g white chocolate
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp flavored liqueur (e.g. Baileys, Amaretto, Grand Marnier)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Assorted toppings (e.g. cocoa powder, crushed nuts, sprinkles)
Instructions

Start by melting the dark and white chocolate separately in microwave-safe bowls.

In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream until hot but not boiling.

Pour the hot cream over the melted dark chocolate and stir until smooth. Repeat with white chocolate.

Stir in the flavored liqueur and vanilla extract into each chocolate mixture.

Place both mixtures in the refrigerator for about 2 hours until firm.

Once firm, use a small scoop or spoon to shape the truffles and roll them into desired toppings.

Return the truffles to the refrigerator for another 30 minutes to set.
