How To Make White Chocolate Traybake

- 150g white chocolate, chopped
- 125g unsalted butter
- 150g all-purpose flour
- 100g granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

In a heatproof bowl, melt the white chocolate and butter together in the microwave or over a double boiler, stirring until smooth.

In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar together until pale and fluffy. Add in the melted chocolate mixture and vanilla extract, stirring until well combined.

Gradually add in the flour and salt, folding gently until just incorporated.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking tray and smooth the top with a spatula.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
