  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.

  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.

  3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.

  4. Stir in the chocolate chips.

  5. Pour the mixture into a greased slow cooker.

  6. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly gooey.
